The Dongara Allied Health Centre is an architecturally designed 425m2 building situated in the town of Dongara. GBSC was awarded the contract from Batavia Health to undertake the construction of the brick and timber framed clad medical centre.
Servicing the Dongara and Irwin shire, a multipurpose medical facility with a modern-day surgery, consult rooms, pathology testing and access to medical professionals.
The brick veneer and fibre cement clad construction of the building has given significant scope for GBSC’ s employees to showcase their trade skills, a clear demonstration of this can be seen in the external cladding, veranda, roof construction and the internal architectural fit out.
The close supervision of all trades ensures quality is controlled resulting in a high standard finish on all of GBSC buildings.
Batavia Health have designed the Community Centre to ensure access and location in the CBD.
